The full application for enrollment is available at our center, however, you can pre-register online to save time.  If you choose to pre-register, we welcome you to please fill out the form below. If you are not yet ready to apply, please book a tour to see our center in person. Tours can be conveniently scheduled at your convenience here on our site, or you may call (305) 537-6858 and our experienced staff will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have.
